Wedding Photography Limerick – Laura & Stephen’s Big Day

Everyone hopes to find that one special person who completes them in the most personal and meaningful way. We hope to find a person who is more than a partner, and more than a friend. Everyone hopes to find their perfect other half. Laura and Stephen were lucky enough to do just that, with a beautiful wedding at Adare Church in the company of family and friends.

Saying this couple shares a lust for life is an understatement. Laura and Stephen are globe trackers on an epic scale, having travelled the world together sharing experiences which most would only dream about. As is true with all great couples, they have ventured into the world together, side by side, delving into new cultures and making memories they can cherish for a lifetime. Most recently they completed an eight-week trek through Asia to celebrate their union.

Laura’s family and friends gathered at Laura’s home to prepare for the occasion. The residence was relaxed and welcoming, with all hands on deck to complete the many jobs which need to be completed on the morning of their wedding. There were the guys outside polishing the classic Mini’s from the bride’s family’s collection of vintage cars and motorcycles. The girls stayed within the home, completing hair and makeup. They laughed and sipped champagne, there being no greater way to start a wedding day. Rachel O’Sullivan worked her magic on Laura’s hair, and Nichola Quinn did a fabulous job on her make-up.

The day continued in this relaxed and warm hearted way, and many of the family members become involved in the event. Notably so was the bride’s mother, Mary Power. Not only did she do a fantastic job with the flowers for the ceremony, but she also created a magnificent cake for the couple. The traditional ceremony was held at in the Holy Trinity Abbey, in Adare. The priest that presided over the ceremony was Laura’s great grand uncle, he was relaxed and made the ceremony light hearted and humorous, and Laura and Stephen’s kind personalities and obvious connection put everyone at ease. It was a perfect service.

After the ceremony, the band The Mad Hatters and DJ Francis Jones kept the environment festive and energetic as the guests celebrated at Springford Hall, the coming together of these two amazing people.
Everyone hopes to find their other half. Cheers to Laura and Stephen for finding theirs.
